Isleworth open plan house adds loft conversion

Ash Island Lofts converted the loft of a Victorian terrace in Isleworth to create a master bedroom with a separate bathroom, transforming the property to allow more space.

The bottom floor of the property is an open plan space with a staircase in the centre of the room, which leads up to the next floor.

This meant that the space needed to pass a number of safety regulations before the loft was converted to ensure that the route from the loft to the living area was a safe escape route. 

The Automist, four-nozzle fixed wall head system was installed by Blue Light on the ground floor where the fire escape route would be. This allowed Ash Island Lofts to meet the requirements advised by Building Control.

Ash Island Lofts noted how efficient Blue Light were in coming up with the solution and also installing the product.

After sending over drawings and plans of the area, Blue Light were able to install the Automist product to ensure the area was safe.
